    The FRTIB is looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist.

    This Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) may be used to fill other Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, GS-0201-14 positions within the FRTIB in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.

    Responsibilities

    The major duties of the position are:

    • Oversees and manages the planning and delivery of Agency training and development programs, activities, and services;
    • Leads and participates in projects, initiatives, and work groups to examine new concepts, approaches, and strategies to improve the training and development programs and activities of the Agency;
    • Prepares or oversees the preparation of a wide variety of written documents needed to carry out the responsibilities and functions of the training and development programs and activities;
    • Formulates and revises Agency policies and procedures regarding various areas of training and overall organizational development;
    • Plans, distributes, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position for training purposes.
