    • Lead Agile software development teams and initiatives for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to ensure continuous delivery of value-added, innovative Information Technology (IT) solutions using modern programming technologies and frameworks.
    • Manage multiple IT projects across portfolios with significant financial investment and department-wide impact.
    • Plan and direct the timely and effective design, development, modification, testing, deployment, support, and documentation of new or existing applications software for DHS organizations.
    • Manage technological initiatives that address legislation, program, or policy requirements, meet new developments or changes in the portfolio due to program initiations, eliminations, or cost reductions, and organizational structure changes.
    • Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to managers within United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Homeland Security and other stakeholders on critical and controversial IT issues.
