    Independently coordinates the distribution of internal and external partnership development information; supports partnership relationship building activities; analyzes proposed legislation to determine impact on partnership operations and pursues partnership leads; plans and executes external partnership events; provides and reviews information for partnership development marketing pieces; collects, researches and analyzes data to generate briefings and presentations on partnership activities; utilizes market research information on partnership activities to use in reports and deliver presentations. The incumbent will plan, manage, and execute complex assignments working with a diverse team comprised of MEP staff, contractors, NIST staff, MEP center staff, other federal agency staff, industry leaders, and trade association staff.     Occasional travel - Travel a few times per year.
