    The incumbent will serve as a senior public health advisor and provides consultative services to the most difficult programs or projects that have unusually demanding social, economic, cultural, governmental, and political conditions requiring the planning, development, and evaluation of matters of general precedent, extensive controversy, or wide coordination.

    • Analyze existing or proposed systems, strategies, services, or other health-related matters to identify needs for improvement health related organization
    • Evaluate and analyze data collection and utilization methods and quality control.
    • Collaborate with others to prepare reports and other substantive program documentation including technical documents on research findings, scientific methodologies, evaluation results, fact sheets, etc.
    • Manage funding/budgets and a variety of grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, and other awards including initiation, administration, award, monitoring, evaluation, coordination and closeouts
    • Provide administrative and management advice and assistance to vary agencies such as State or local jurisdictions or international public health programs.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel 10% domestic for this position.
