    Summary

    The position is located in Human Resources Management Service at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer support & program management duties specializing in FMLA, Leave, the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program and the Reasonable Accommodation Program.

    Responsibilities

    Duties of the position will include but not be limited to:

    • Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on FMLA, reasonable accommodations, leave administration, and related HR matters
    • Provide customer service and support to internal and external customers
    • Gather information, organize and create reports for review by VACO, OGC, etc.
    • Provide in-depth technical review of documents
    Work Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:00am - 04:30pm
