    Responsibilities

    This position is located in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Administration.

    As an Administration Program Specialist you will:

    Assist in determining the office's physical resource needs, including property, supplies, space, telecommunications, furniture, equipment, and prepares projections for long-range and other needs of the office; obtains supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services for the office.

    Plan and perform review, analysis, and advisory services for special projects. This includes projects such as the development of new reports for the Deputy Commissioner and/or DCTA senior management and the establishment of new processes related to administrative matters.

    Research, review, analyze and recommend improvements to and solutions for a variety of administrative program operations associated with matters such as internal and external communications, travel, supply management, personnel management, timekeeping, etc.  

    Oversee all logistics planning and preparation for assigned DCTA meetings, events, conferences, etc., including scheduling, mailings, travel lodging arrangements, etc. in consultation with the Deputy Commissioner.
