    The Comptroller Global Financial Services Bangkok (CGFSB) office of the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) has responsibility for the development and implementation the of Department’s information systems security program and the overall confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all DoS networks at CGFSB in accordance with 12 FAM 600.  The ISSO has primary oversight for the information systems security program for all DoS Local Area Networks that include the Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) OpenNet network and corporate CGFS-unique applications and serves as the primary point of contact for all systems security issues within the CGFSB.  The CGFSB ISSO reports to the CGFS Charleston ISSO for policy, procedures and management oversight.  The CGFSB ISSO retains all network security access and is responsible for taking action on requests for ISSO services and day-to-day operations

    As an Student Trainee GS-05 (Information Technology), you will: 

    • Perform IT assignments related to software and hardware systems, programs, and information needs of the organization.
    • Apply a standardized body of rules, procedures, and operations to perform structured IT assignments requiring trainee to gather and analyze facts and draw conclusions.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
