    • Incumbent is responsible for ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across the team for assigned processes/areas of expertise.
    • Incumbent assigns work, monitors and evaluates work performance, manages resources, develops plans, and takes actions to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Incumbent represents the team on various ad hoc groups, committees and boards on matters pertaining to personnel, resources, budget and organization.
    • Determines the staffing level needed, requests the resources required, and allocates personnel to adequately and effectively perform Team operations.
    • Coordinates job rotation assignments through the CMO Contracts Director to ensure assigned 1102s are getting diverse and varied Contracting experience for cross-training and professional development.
    • Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to other DCMA managers and their personnel in the area of contract administration/management.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Business travel is required 15% of the time.
