    About the Position: This position is located at the Hawthorne Army Depot in Nevada, and is responsible to serve as the Contract Administrator providing efficient administration of contracts for the installation.

    Responsibilities

    • As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for performing a full range of contract administration functions to the point of signature.
    • Responsibility for full contract monitoring, for both contractor performance and Government responsibilities; schedule and report analysis; problem recognition, research and resolution recommendation.
    • Determine milestones to administer assigned contracts.
    • Monitor contractor performance for compliance with terms and conditions of contracts, and monitor issued delivery orders as part of the basic contract.
    • Determine to what extent which subcontracting plans comply with regulatory guidelines, monitor subcontracting for compliance with plans and issue consents to subcontract.
    • Request and evaluate proposals as required.
    • Serve as point of contact for assigned contracts, and resolve and disposition contract audit recommendation.
    • Review and analyze requirements, costs, pertinent data, and technical features.
    • Perform data analysis, development of controls and paperwork consolidation.
    • Determine feasibility of projects and costs from a review and analysis of work, objectives, requirements, current procedures, time frame and coordination requirements.
