    - Conducts economic and financial analyses for water and related resources planning studies including benefit estimates of water used for irrigation, municipal and industrial, recreation, hydropower, water quality, fish and wildlife, and other uses, as well as regional economic analyses of implementing and operating project alternatives.

    - Conducts other economic and financial studies related to water management, including integration of surface and ground water, power system operations, ecosystem services, financial analyses of concession operations, risk-based analyses, cost allocations, rate and repayment studies, and ability-to-pay studies for irrigation and municipal and industrial water users.

    - Coordinates or provides recommendations to clients regarding the technical aspects of assigned phases of economic and financial analyses, including data collection, evaluation techniques, or other economic considerations to promote uniformity and maintain consistency in the technical quality of economic and financial analyses prepared for Reclamation planning programs.

    - Prepares reports, appendices, and supporting documents for economic investigations and financial analyses.

    - Reviews economic, financial, and repayment analyses prepared for various Reclamation projects or programs for technical adequacy, including benefit estimates, regional economic impact analyses, payment capacity studies, cost allocations, ability-to-pay studies, rate and repayment studies, concession operations, and hydropower operations.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Field trips for data collection and consultation.
