EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes, developing procedural instructions or drafting guidance for administrative areas. Experience processing personnel actions and payroll documents. Experience applying procurement regulations and processes in the performance of procurement requests. Experience in supervising a staff of people performing personnel, payroll, administrative support, and cost monitoring work. Experience delegating work to subordinates based on difficulty of the assignment and each employee's capabilities. Experience providing advice, guidance, or instructions to employees on both work an administrative matters. Experience preparing and developing budget forecasts and formal budget estimates in coordination with program staffs. Experience working on multiple projects concurrently and working under tight deadlines on a continual basis.

Experience providing advice, guidance, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. Experience proving analytical and evaluative reports to management on fiscal management, travel, space administration, etc.
