    Responsibilities

    • Serves as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), Chief, Labor and Employment Law and as Senior Trial Attorney for labor and employment issues.
    • Represents the command and subordinate commands and units in third-party administrative, quasi-judicial, and judicial proceedings on civilian personnel, labor relations, and equal employment opportunity matters.
    • Serves as adviser/consultant on civilian personnel, labor relations, and equal employment law, including matters from the civil service system, employment discrimination, disability compensation, and labor issues from base realignments/closures.
    • Provides advice and assistance on labor and employment issues to all subordinate commands and units and to more than 40 Reserve Judge Advocate Offices.

    Occasional travel - The business travel requirement is 10%.
