• Help




    • Develop and maintain a proficient level of expertise, skills, and knowledge on automated staffing platforms.
    • Formulate comprehensive work plans in which customer needs are identified, objectives are defined, and approaches are developed and recommended.
    • Conduct fact-finding analysis on automated Human Resource issues and present recommendations and conclusions to appropriate management officials.
    • Troubleshoot CareerConnector functionality such as operational problems and provide support to Employment Office staffs.
    • Represent the IRS at meetings with Treasury and the CareerConnector vendor, Monster Government Solutions, on subjects related to CareerConnector implementation and deployment.

    If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
