    Responsibilities

    • Providing expert advice on the Future Force Modernization Enterprise (FFME) and Army Senior Leader Situational Awareness of Cross Functional Team (CFT) programs and activities.
    • Serving on panels and/or integrated teams where leading edge technology and programs for future systems are discussed and major decisions and recommendations impacting long range research and development/acquisition efforts.
    • Coordinating and executes all aspects of AFC staff visits to the Pentagon.
    • Controlling, analyzing, researching, and formulating official responses on behalf of the Commanding General, AFC to written and telephonic requests from senior Army, DoD, and government leaders and staff.
    • Preparing a variety of high-level correspondence, reports, position papers, fact sheets, and letters.
    • Briefing senior leaders/managers on reference materials (e.g., directives, policy, reports, technical or legislative documents) for discussion in decision meetings.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
