    Summary

    You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the Military Sealift Command, Military Sealift Command Pacific (N00) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND PACIFIC.

    Responsibilities

    • You will receive all visitors and telephone calls to the Command Suite.
    • You will compose correspondence on own initiative, based on knowledge of Commander's views and desires.
    • You will use a variety of office automation software in support of the organization.
    • You will prepare final Officer/Chief Petty Officer Fitness reports for all Officers, Chief Petty Officers, and above assigned to Military Sealift Command Pacific (MSCPAC).
    • You will read all incoming publications, regulations, and directives that may be important to the activities of the Commander, or members of the staff.
    • You will make all necessary arrangement for the Commander's and Deputy's travel, arranging visits, making transportation and hotel reservations, notifying organizations and officials to be visited.
