    Full time staff physician position in academically oriented Hematology/Oncology Section.
    Major responsibilities include: Diagnostic workup, treatment and follow-up of patients with blood disorders or malignancies in outpatient, long-term care and inpatient settings with particular emphasis on the ability to function in a multidisciplinary team, and participation in the conduct of clinical studies. The candidate may also be required to provide some general Internal Medicine ward attending service. Participating in educational programs for Hematology/Oncology and physician personnel as well as medical staff. Participating in quality assurance programs and chart reviews. Incumbent is accountable to the Chief of Hematology/Oncology for assuring the most effective delivery of Hematology/Oncology services.

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
