    Responsibilities

    • This position is located in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation, Division of Generic Animal Drugs.
    • As a Supervisor in the Division of Generic Animal Drugs within the Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation, you will work under the guidance of the Division Director.
    • You will provide expert technical and scientific guidance/assessment to senior leadership on complex, precedent setting, and/or controversial issues involving opinion and policy.
    • You will provide expert technical and scientific guidance/assessment on complex, precedent setting, and/or controversial issues to ensure the safety and effectiveness of generic new animal drugs.
    • You will provide expert technical and scientific guidance/assessment on complex, precedent setting, and/or controversial issues to ensure the safety and effectiveness of generic new animal drugs.
    • You will also provide scientific and technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary scientific staff engaged in the review of Generic New Animal Drug files (JINAD) or Abbreviated New Animal Drug Applications (ANADA) submissions.
