This position is located in an area office of USDA, Rural Development, Illinois. You will provide information to the public as well as technical and clerical support on various loan, grant and loan guarantee programs administered by RD and prepare and maintain correspondence, records, reports and files. One vacancy for each of three locations at Ottawa, Jacksonville and Champaign, IL. Locality pay will be set based upon duty location of selectees.Learn more about this agency
- Provides technical information, assistance and guidance to applicants, borrowers, and lenders concerning loans, grants and loan guarantee programs.
- Reviews and analyzes documents, forms and materials to ensure adequacy, completeness and conformity to procedures and requirements.
- Prepares and reviews, confirms and completes documents and coordinates closings for processing and tracking.
- Provides support in clerical and administrative support functions for phone coverage, mail, supplies, documents and record-management
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
