    This position is located in the Rural Development Business Center, Chief Financial Officer; Budget Formulation and Credit Monitoring Division. This Division is responsible for the formulation, justification, execution of appropriated program resources and credit modeling for Rural Developments.

    There are two vacancies to be located in St. Louis, MO or Washington, DC. The Locality pay for the position will be based on location of selectee

    • Reviews, analyzes; and edits complex financial documents for the credit programs
    • Review and analyze budget estimates submitted by program managers for accuracy of technical treatment, format, and arithmetic adequacy of supporting narrative justification, and conformance.
    • Develop a wide variety of credit program budget deferrals, rescissions, amendments, and supplemental request as necessary.
    • Ability to establish and maintain automated budget systems.
