    • Develop, analyze, and recommend program-planning documentation for assigned program elements.
    • Serve as a knowledgeable technical advisor to the Secret Service and other government agencies, as well as contractor personnel, particularly in regard to the feasibility and application of new scientific studies and major advances in protective and/or investigative technology.
    • Develop and recommend plans for future initiatives, proposals, projects and activities to ensure that the Secret Service has the opportunity to field the most current protective and investigative technology and/or participate in its development.
    • Provide documentation of activities as required, such as monthly updates, briefing books, project displays, and maintaining official files; and prepare project briefings.
