    As a LEAD OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS PLANNER at the GS-0301-14 level some of your typical work assignments may include:

    • Serving as a Team Lead and as an Agency CWMD Opportunity Analysis subject matter expert.
    • Leading the development and execution of a complex, comprehensive program involving Agency foreign engagements and for support regarding Combatant Commander and DoD Components' development of global, theater, campaign, and contingency plans and crisis action planning and programs.
    • Managing/conducting complex special projects, compartmented plans, and assignments for DTRA senior leadership to assist in the overall accomplishment of DTRA mission requirements.
    • Developing appropriate implementation plans, and prepares, coordinates, staffs, and presents DTRA positions with respect to these projects.
    • Conducting research and developing vignettes and scenarios; an engagement team, responsible for conducting physical and virtual meetings with the interagency and partner communities of interest; and a sequencing team, responsible for analyzing final survey results from an Opportunity Analysis event.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel up to an estimated 25% for this position.
