    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior AF program analyst and advisor, with
    AF mobility expertise, to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (AF/A3), Director for Training and
    Readiness (AF/A3T), Chief Mobility Air Forces Division (AF/A3TM) on matters concerning AF Mobility
    policy, guidance, training, budgeting, programming, and evaluation.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply mobility expertise to perform a broad range of complex and controversial qualitaitve/quantitative analyses of mobility related programs, policies, issues which have a major impact on national deterrence policy and development of operations.
    • Use mobility experience and knowledge to prepare position papers, briefings, and directed material to be presented at high level meetings.
    • Act as Program Element Monitor for assigned program elements.
    • Provide analysis of Aircrew Training, Expeditionary Center, Contingency Response Group (OCONUS), and other assigned program element requirements for the purpose of improving trainig, readiness, operational capabilities to compete for funding.
    • Maintain a continuous liaison with other Air Staff, Joint Staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices to integrate AF operations policy and guidance.
