This position is in the Facilities Services Department, Facilities Management Division (AFM), of the National Gallery of Art. The primary purpose of this position is to provide Planning and Estimating (P&E) services and prepares design documents necessary for the maintenance, repair and evaluation of Gallery facilities and building systems and services, including service maintenance contracts for trash removal, carpet cleaning, and carpet replacement programs.

The National Gallery of Art was conceived and given to the people of the United States by Andrew W. Mellon (1855–1937).
