Serves as the Senior Advisor, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) expert for Army HUMINT policy planning, development, and coordination related to Army HUMINT operations, activities, and programs. The incumbent represents the Department of the Army and the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, on key national-level HUMINT permanent and ad-hoc working groups and committees which address HUMINT issues, chairing those committees and working groups as appropriate. Incumbent serves as liaison to, and coordinates with, senior officials from Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Defense (DoD), Joint Staff, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), other Services and Army. Incumbent serves as the primary HUMINT advisor to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, HQDA, on overall HUMINT policy requirements, strategic priorities and HUMINT activities within the Department of the Army. Incumbent ensures Army HUMINT policy is consistent, is appropriately incorporated into Army doctrine and is reflected in the operational activities conducted by Army activities. Serves as the Department of Army's HUMINT expert; advises Army G-2 and provides oversight to all Army HUMINT activities conducted under Army authorities; serves as principal HQDA point of contact for all HUMINT issues in support of Secretary of the Army Title 10 and Title 50, United States Code (USC) responsibilities.

Drug Testing: This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP). The incumbent must successfully pass a urinalysis test before entering this position and reasonably thereafter. Security Clearance: In order to qualify for this position, you must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
Financial Disclosure: The individual selected will be required to file a 'Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE-278) in accordance with the Ethics in Government Act of 1978.
Probationary Period: You will serve a one-year probationary period unless you have previously completed the probationary period in the DISL.
