About the Position: Serves as the Financial Education Program Manager in the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, Soldier and Family Readiness Division, Family Programs Branch, under the supervision of the Chief, Family Programs Branch, located in the Pentagon. The Soldier and Family Readiness Division serves as the Army proponent for Family Readiness System strategies, policies and resources to promote Soldier and Family adaptability and self-reliance.Learn more about this agency
Monitors program performance, develops recommendations, and develops problem-solving techniques to ensure optimum program achievements and consistency with Army standards.
Conducts ongoing program assessments and identifies program successes and shortfalls.
Provides commanders with the tools to improve the education readiness to enable mission accomplishment.
Manage the requirements of the financial literacy training and readiness program for Service members.
Occasional travel - Business travel may be expected for this position.
