Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber is the Army's centralized acquisition manager for tactical EW, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Offensive Cyber Operations, and Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO) capabilities. The collective PM EW&C capability portfolio enables the Brigade Combat Team commander to seize, retain, and exploit an advantage over adversaries and enemies in both cyberspace and the electromagnetic spectrum, while simultaneously denying and degrading adversary and enemy use of the same. This is accomplished by finding agile, affordable and holistic Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) materiel solutions that conduct information operations, cyberspace operations, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and electronic warfare systems informed by Tactical SIGINT and other information-related means.
The NH-04 broadband is equivalent to the GS 14 grade Step 1 to GS 15 grade step 10. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the Pay Lane salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
