    This position is located in the Office of IT Services Management (OITSM), Unified Communication and Collaboration Services (UCCS).

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as Office 365/Collaboration Program Manager, with responsibility for planning, managing, and evaluating the full range of activities involved with office collaboration and automation/productivity services across the NIH.
    • Lead a diverse team of Federal and contract staff that is dedicated to supporting office collaboration and automation technologies across the NIH.
    • Exercise critical responsibilities to ensure the security of NIH information, systems, and technologies, and to analyze and understand information security threats and vulnerabilities and the countermeasures needed to remediate them.
    • Manage and oversee efforts in the acquisition, implementation, and adoption of integrated office collaboration, productivity technologies and solutions that support the sharing of information and collaboration with other scientists and researchers.
    • Identify methods for execution of large programmatic implementations, and provide critical support for collaboration technologies/solutions across various tools involving 40,000+ accounts, 250 TB of data/file collaboration and 20,000+ mobile devices.
    • Participate in conducting assessments, reviews, and audits of planned and installed computer technologies, infrastructure, operating, and security systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource manager for the development and delivery of office collaboration and productivity tools and technologies.
    • Lead efforts to research, evaluate, and adopt new technological developments that will enhance the services provided.
