Applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or equivalent band level in the Federal Service which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and typically in or related to the position to be filled. Examples of specialized experience include performing system administration tasks including, installing new hardware and software technologies; troubleshooting hardware equipment issues and software errors; resolving local connectivity issues, VTC and telecommunications support techniques, and working with sensitive data in a network environment.
