    You will serve as a Manager in the Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department (B31) of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.

    This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.

    • You will be responsible for the technical, financial, and administrative leadership of B31. This is a permanent position in B Department reporting to the B30 Division Head.
    • You will perform supervisory duties for Branch employees, including performance and compensation, providing feedback to employees, coaching and mentoring, and conflict resolution.
    • You will be responsible for understanding Branch personnel requirements, participating in Division recruiting efforts, and sharing personnel resources to meet Division goals.
    • You will be responsible for supervisory approvals for personnel, such as travel, timecards, telework, leave, and overtime requests.
    • You will provide technical support, leadership, resource support, and mentorship to project leads, group leads, and employees.
    • You will be responsible for instituting system engineering processes and technical rigor according to Department and Division CHENG guidance,across Branch portfolio.
    • You will be responsible to ensure that Products and Deliverables going outside the Branch have the appropriate level of review prior to release.
