    This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Central Office, Deputy Director, Indian Services, Division of Self-Determination Services in Washington, District of Columbia.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as advisor to management of the Bureau?s administration of tribal contracting and grant activities.
    • Provides leadership in the management and advisement of the implementation and administration of Public Law 93-638 relating to contract support and the Division?s financial/budget activities.
    • Coordinates, compiles, prepares and completes the annual publication of the Contract Support Cost (CSC) Report to Congress and distribution of contract support funds.
    • Compiles, analyzes and completes the CSC Shortfall Report and resolves discrepancies.
    • Works effectively with tribes and/or authorized tribal organizations on high level and complex issues regarding P.L. 93-638.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and conferences.
