    You will serve as a Director of Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) in the Total Force Division of the Department of the Navy/Assistant for Administration DON/AA. The incumbent is the principal strategic partner and advisor to Secretariat leadership on civilian HR matters and responsible for the execution of the Secretariat total force program. The incumbent develops and administers command-wide guidance for civilian workforce programs, processes and operations.

    • You will serve as the technical authority within the Secretariat on civilian HR and leads and supports human capital and strategic workforce planning efforts.
    • You will work collaboratively with the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) on DON civilian HR issues to propose, develop, and advance appropriate legislative, regulatory and policy initiatives, processes and DON-wide civilian HR improvements.
    • You will be accountable to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Civilian Human Resources (DASN CHR) and OCHR for ensuring the civilian HR program is executed consistent with DON policy and requirements.
