    Summary

    You will serve as a OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST in the COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

    Responsibilities

    • You will assess and evaluate the effectiveness of Service-level public communication operations.
    • You will use media analysis methods and develop and execute strategies for measuring the strategic effects of Marine Corps communication efforts across the spectrum public communication, including of media and social media activities.
    • You will make recommendations for action to the existing sections on outreach, media, and communication plans and efforts, based on analysis, assessments, metrics, and collected data.
    • You will research, review and assess current or traditional Marine Corps communication methods and strategies to determine effectiveness.
    • You will develop strategic-level metrics and presentation packages, including reports and summaries suitable for Marine Corps leadership review and use.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
