    Summary

    Under the direction of the Secretary of Defense and the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (USO (P)), and pursuant to the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2014 section 932, this position serves the Principal Cyber Advisor (PCA) as a Program Manager in Strategic Engagements & Partnerships for integration and oversight of the DoD Cyber Strategy's Lines of Efforts (LOEs) and the execution of Strategy Implementation across all Cyber functional areas and activities.

    Responsibilities

    Your typical work assignments may include the following:

    • Serves as the Management and Program Analyst for Strategic Engagements & Partnerships, synchronizing and integrating Principal Cyber Advisor (PCA) activities.
    • Participates in the formulation and articulation of an overall plan for strategic communications and outreach.
    • Coordinate communications for the PCA's cyber strategies.
    • Facilitates initiatives and provides an objective analysis of cyber related issues; develops, de-conflicts and expeditiously completes relevant actions required by statue.
    This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10U.S.C. 1599f.
