    Summary

    You will serve as the lead planner and policy expert for the Marine Corps Counter Intelligence (CI) program in the areas of CI activities in cyberspace and the audit and monitoring of information systems within the CI/HUMINT Policy Branch.

    All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

    Responsibilities

    • You will attend National, DoD and Marine Corps working groups, panels and boards related to CI audit and monitoring of information systems, CI activities in cyberspace and CI support to cyber activities.
    • You will conduct Service-level planning in coordination with the operating forces and HQMC staff sections related to Marine Corps audit and monitoring programs and cyber-related CI programs.
    • You will draft Service-level policy and guidance related to Marine Corps audit and monitoring programs and cyber-related CI programs.
