The Information Management Specialist implements and supports knowledge management policies, strategies, practices and projects throughout the Joint Staff in close coordination with Joint Directorates and Combatant Commands to accomplish the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Joint Staff and its Knowledge Management Program under the direction of the Chief, Information Management Division, Content and Collaboration Branch (IMD/CCB). The IMD Mission is to support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff by providing information and knowledge management services that preserve the corporate memory of the Joint Staff for business use and statutory compliance.
