This position is located within the Workforce and Inclusion Directorate. As a Supervisory Human Resources Policy Specialist (Policy), you will be responsible for serving as the National Park Service principal expert on human capital policy development and strategic human resources initiatives implementation to include workforce planning, succession planning, special emphasis recruiting and the provision of oversight, direction, and guidance to division staff.
