    About the Position: This position is with Headquarters (HQs), US Army Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Resource Management located at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO); 441 G. Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20314.

    This position is a TERM position not to exceed 2 Years. It is temporary and may be extended up to a maximum of four years.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as the organization's subject matter expert (SME) for the Certification Program and manages all aspects of the program for the organization.
    • Serves as a trusted advisor on all financial courses, accounting courses, auditing course, and financial systems courses.
    • Provides organization's first response and daily support, answering questions and solving problems specific to the Certification Program and the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Develops alternative Certification Program management approaches to improve resource utilization, correct deficiencies, and provide balanced program operations.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
