The Office of Shared Services and Performance Improvement is responsible for reducing costs and delivering common services in a standard way across complex enterprises within key support functions at Federal agencies: human capital, IT support, finance, acquisition, and building services.
As a Performance Manager, you will oversee and manage the CXO Fellows Program to improve program performance, management, and efficiency.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $99, 172.00 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is providing advice, guidance, and oversight for executive leadership programs; developing educational and training curriculum, and providing recommendations and assistance in setting program performance requirements.

Travel expenses associated with interviews may be approved. Determinations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual based on prior non-Federal work experience or uniformed service experience.
