    • Negotiates and integrates all customer requirements as appropriate in support of acquisitions projects into a comprehensive management plan.
    • Serves as the lead for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, developing, and reporting, of all major projects within the Directorate of Business Administration (BA) mission.
    • Establishes project scope, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement benchmarks.
    • Ensures early identification of problems or issues and facilitates the resolution of identified problems or issues in the most appropriate manner.
    • Establishes appropriate standards for project management disciplines and assures regulatory compliance.
    • Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, work requirements, and employee capabilities, and develop performance standards and evaluate work performance.
