    The incumbent functions as Program/Line Manager and supervisor for the Psychiatry and Mental Health (MH) CBOC Services at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC. The Mental Health CBOC Services are a full-service, multidisciplinary outpatient mental health clinics providing MH care in the local community.

    Responsibilities

    Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.
    Paid Time Off: 49-54 days paid time off per year (26 days annual leave, 13 days' sick leave, 10 federal holidays).

    The incumbent is responsible for serving as the primary supervisor of mental health services for the MH CBOCS (including, Bloomington, Martinsville, Terre Haute, Wakeman, Indy West, W. Lafayette and other CBOCs as developed and assigned) and managing a 20% clinical caseload. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the caseloads seen by the Psychiatry and Mental Health clinicians within the CBOC MH services, and taking action to ensure the timely access to treatment for Veterans seen at the CBOCs. The incumbent will actively supervise CBOC MH service processes to affect actions that minimize delays in service delivery, even during times of heightened services activity. The incumbent will prepare for and assign community outreach, enrollment and awareness activities and services, related to MH services in the CBOC areas. The incumbent will orient new service staff, monitor training for staff, including coordination of EBP (Evidence-Based Psychotherapies) and V-Tel MH services at the CBOC.
