    Summary

    You will serve as a Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Cyber Security Management Section, Command Information Officer Branch, Plans and Programs Division, of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.

    Responsibilities

    • You will develop and implement Information Assurance (IA)/Cyber Security (CS) plans, policies, standards, and provide guidance as it pertains to SSP Enterprise Systems.
    • You will develop long-range plans for enterprise systems that anticipate, identify, evaluate, mitigate, and minimize risks associated with IA vulnerabilities.
    • You will advise Echelon II management on IA/CS policy, procedures, issues, threats, incident response, requirements, resources, solutions as they relate to SSP Enterprise Systems.
    • You will ensure IA is incorporated in Life Cycle Management (LCM) of application and system development.
    • Conduct technical surveillance countermeasures and management surveys/audits of Strategic Programs HQ and field activities.
    • You will formulate enterprise-level IA/CS initiatives in response to critical IA/CS issues.
