    The primary purpose of this position is to provide major command oversight and policy guidance to all wing level sexual assault response coordinators within the Air National Guard Bureau.

    Responsibilities

    • Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the activities of the SAPR Program and other programs to strengthen the common culture within the Air National Guard Bureau.
    • Reviews/Implements multiple agency policy and develops organizational response programs for sexual assault and other areas of interpersonal violence and victim needs, as identified by agency/organization policies/guidance.
    • Ensures development and implementation of prevention programs relating to sexual assault and other interpersonal violence at the organization and higher levels.
    • Manages sexual assault tracking database for the organization and creates reports identifying trends. Develops, monitors, and tracks initiatives, activities, and events designed to install and nurture a specific institutional culture.
