    About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is with the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade responsible for serving as the primary advisor on policy, programs, resources, and effectiveness of Cyber and Intelligence training, readiness, and exercises activities.

    • Develops Brigade level policies and standard operating procedures governing the use and accountability of organization resources
    • Maintain continuous contact with customers and stakeholders to ensure awareness of new policies and programs applicable to Cyberspace and Intelligence related training, exercises, and readiness operations
    • Conducts assessments of staff operations and advises on policy, programming, and process refinement to improve organization effectiveness and efficiency
    • Develops and conducts training, readiness, and exercise analytical studies
    • Maintains open and closed requirements suspense logs and performs specialized technical duties to support training specialists
    • Maintains databases, libraries, and other open sources repositories on topics in support of staffing projects, quick reaction taskings, or requests for background data

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
