The Department of Agriculture's Office of the General Counsel (OGC) provides legal services to all the agencies within the United States Department of Agriculture. The position is located in the Washington D.C. office. The incumbent is responsible for ongoing and special administrative, analytical, and evaluative projects assigned by his/her supervisor or initiated by the incumbent to meet management needs and the necessary coordination, liaison, and correspondence associated with such projects.

One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-08 level in the Federal service or equivalent responsibility in the private sector/pay systems that has equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform as a Management Analyst.
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience includes administrative and resource management experience such as preparing budgets and correspondence. General Human Resources or administrative support experience such as managing calendars to schedule meeting and events. Experience with presenting material to diverse audiences. This experience need not have been in the federal government.
