    This position is located in the U.S. Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Deputy Commissioner of Fiscal Accounting & Shared Services, Office of Shared Services (OSS), Travel Services Division (TSD), Branch as assigned. TSD administers responsive and cost effective travel services to the Bureau and other federal agency customers.

    Responsibilities

    The following are the duties of this position at the GS-07. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

    - Provide customer service to numerous callers daily in a help desk call center environment on travel and accounting systems use and financial or technical questions as they relate to travel services

    - Perform a variety of duties involving the collection, analysis, and reporting of data

    - Reconstruct the payment history for the audited trip, determine the amount and extent of underpayment or overpayment, if any, and submit the findings to the agency for disbursing underpayment or collecting overpayment

    - Log, document, and track all calls received using a call tracking software
