    Summary

    This position is located in the Office of Science and Technology, Information Technology Services Management Division, Infrastructure Services Branch in Washington, D.C.

    Responsible for providing oversight for the development and provisioning of enterprise application software products and services that permit the deployment, storage and transmission of information supporting the agency's mission to internal and external audiences.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for monitoring and providing oversight for the development and provisioning of enterprise products and services that permit the development, storage, and transmission of information supporting the agency's mission to internal and external audiences.

    Responsible for technical analysis, planning, security analysis, requirements gathering, design, acquisition, development, testing, implementation, operation, and disposition of services, data stores, and related application software and database development and management tools and technologies.

    Responsible for the coordination and management of assigned projects to improve the efficiency or reduce costs of current office information resources. Developing and maintaining project schedules.

    Responsible for trouble-shooting technical issues and problems to include network and user connectivity issues, unexpected errors messages, server problems, database issue, and periodic system outages. Ensuring the applications of information security information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of all IT services

    Serving as the primary representative and subject matter expert (SME) for the team on all relevant ATF and DOJ meetings within the assigned task area. Providing technical assistance to the assigned customer base and recommends solutions to technical issues problems.

    Identifying and analyzing problems and subsequent proposals of automated solutions. Servicing the local system administrator for various systems and networks

    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progresses.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - May be required to travel 1 to 5 nights per month.
