    • Serves as an action officer and point-of-contact in performing various complex assignments within the broad major functional areas of labor and employee relations.
    • Develops, coordinates, and issues approved requirements, procedures, plans, and policies for the Agency-wide application or implementation for the major areas of labor relations, conduct and discipline, adverse actions and grievances and appeals.
    • Performs program evaluation, improvement, and development of Agency-wide HR programs for the full-range of labor and employee relations programs.
    • Prepares responses to sensitive correspondence (Presidential, Congressional, and union inquiries).
    • Review all issuances for realistic requirements, consistency and relationship to other established programs and informational guidance relative to conduct and discipline, grievances, appeals, adverse actions, and labor relations matters.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
