    You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Tanker Project Office, Future Operations Division, Directorate Maritime Operations of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND

    • You will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of tanker project processes and input to identify efficiency improvements.
    • You will perform financial management tasks to include generating cost budgets and purchase requests for the funding of procurments and contracts as well as invoice management and validation.
    • You will serve as contracting officer representative for multiple contracts (COR) analyzing contractor performance and completing assessments for assigned contracts.
    • You will use analytical methods to ensure tanker fleet schedules and cargo loading plans are accurate and effective.
    • You will represent command at meetings and maintain good working relationships with a variety of organizations.
    • You will use data finding to improve the timeliness of petroleum lift requirements.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
