This position is located in the Studio and Production Operations Division at the Voice of America (VOA). Incumbent will serve as the Senior Art Director with operational responsibility for managing projects related to creative graphic initiatives, programming, and art direction issues for the VOA. Incumbent will oversee television graphic production, studio set design and work with vendors to complete complex studio projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Works with the Studio and Production Operations Director to conceive, develop and implement major creative projects.
-Establishes routine communications with elements of the Voice of America and USAGM to ensure agreements, content, program development, projects and other elements are functioning properly.
-Participates in the planning and organization of project initiatives and activities.
-Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
-Plans work and set priorities; making work assignments as needed and measuring work results; setting standards, giving advice and feedback on performance and evaluation of projects.
-Establishes structures and procedures to ensure consistency of branding for all platforms and for art direction of all broadcast media.
-Work with VOA brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce style and voice through visual language.
