    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Air Force Office of Procurement Fraud Investigations (PF) Commander/Director for administrative support programs within the Commanders Support Staff portfolio to include: but not limited to task management, warfighting (WF).

    Responsibilities

    • Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information. The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and diposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.
    • Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Ensures unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
    • Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements. Serves as the organizational point contact and liaison with personnel fight on military and civilian and military position utilization.
    • Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
